The Brief
A tired, compartmentalised Meadows villa needed a full refresh that modernised every room without losing the warmth the family wanted from a forever home.
Inspiration
A calm, liveable palette of soft neutrals and natural wood tones - practical enough for daily family life, refined enough to feel considered in every corner.

Room-by-room assessment
We surveyed the full villa to sequence works room by room, minimising disruption while keeping the whole renovation on a single programme.
Kitchen & wet areas
Kitchen and bathrooms were stripped to the studs, with new MEP runs installed ahead of the quartz worktops and tiling.
Joinery & finishes
Bespoke wardrobes and bedroom joinery were fabricated off-site and installed once flooring and painting were complete, protecting the finish from site works.
Handover
A full snagging pass and deep clean preceded final handover, with every room dressed and photographed for the client.
