The client wanted a family villa in The Springs to feel modern and fresh without losing its warmth - a common request we hear where clients fear a renovation will leave a home feeling cold or showroom-like.
Inspiration
Clean contemporary lines softened with natural timber tones and warm decorative lighting, so the finished home feels current but still lived-in.

Design & material selection
We worked through kitchen and joinery finishes with the client early, agreeing a warm neutral palette before any construction began.
Kitchen remodel
The kitchen was fully stripped and rebuilt with new cabinetry, worktops and lighting to become the heart of the living space.
Living, dining & bedrooms
Flooring, joinery and decorative lighting were rolled out through the remaining rooms to keep the material palette consistent villa-wide.
Snagging & handover
A full snagging walkthrough with the client preceded handover, confirming every finish met the agreed specification.
