A full villa renovation in Jumeirah Village Circle, opened up into a single flowing ground floor. A slatted timber screen separates living from dining without closing either off, the staircase was rebuilt with a black steel balustrade against a double-height wall, and the kitchen reworked around a stone-topped island with integrated appliances and a concealed utility run. Bedrooms and bathrooms were refitted throughout with bespoke joinery and full MEP replacement behind the finishes.
