Complete villa renovation in Jumeirah Golf Estates - characterised by warm amber tones, bespoke LED-integrated joinery, a custom walnut staircase, and a full fit-out from ground floor through to the master dressing room and en-suite.
The Brief
The homeowners wanted their Jumeirah Golf Estates villa to feel warm and dramatic in equal measure - a home that photographs beautifully at night as well as in daylight.
Inspiration
Amber and walnut tones layered with concealed LED lighting, using the staircase and wardrobe joinery as lit sculptural features rather than purely functional elements.

Lighting-led design
Because so much of the effect relies on concealed lighting, we designed the electrical and LED circuits before finalising any joinery drawings.
Staircase fabrication
The walnut staircase was fabricated off-site to precise dimensions, then installed and finished in place with integrated step lighting.
Master suite & dressing room
LED-lit wardrobe joinery was built into the master dressing room, with the en-suite bathroom finished to match the same warm material palette.
Media wall & final styling
The feature media wall and living area lighting were completed last, with full styling to capture the villa's finished amber-lit atmosphere.
